There is no doubt that life in the 21 century is extremely busy and can prove to be a challenge for most people, attempting to juggle all the demands life puts in our path. Some of these stressors can be; work related problems, unexpected redundancy, family responsibilities, managing extended family, sustaining personal relationships through the ups and the downs, adjustment to changing health and well being through the life cycle and the list goes on.
A personal crisis, assistance with parenting, relationship breakdown, conflict in the workplace, sudden changes to mental or physical wellbeing, unemployment or changes in employment, loss of a loved one, trauma, childhood issues or wanting to make changes in your life are some of the reasons to access assistance from a professional counsellor.
I offer a down to earth approach to discuss the issues/problems that respects the individual's uniqueness in a setting that is compassionate, understanding and non judgmental. I work on an open-ended basis or for a set period of time with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully and improve your well being.
In addition to her counselling practice, I also deliver workshops to other professionals. The Wellbeing Workshops for Professionals is my latest workshop that provides ideas/skills to create more balance in your life as well as developing positive self care strategies
